Overall, I struggled in that it took a very long time for me to feel relaxed and sleep enough to go to bed. I did sleep very solid after that, but I obviously need a different dose plan.

I believe this product is the closest you can get to a sleep aid without a prescription. FYI: If you have a high tolerance as I do, the bottle will be empty by the 2nd night. Even when going to the Dentist office & using the gas, they have to up the amount for it to have any effect on me. It was awesome for the short time it lasted. Since I’ve already run out, my chronic & severe insomnia has returned with a vengeance, as I’ve been up going into my 4th day. It’s the best product I’ve found that actually works, although & unfortunately for me, i have to take much more than the stated dosage, using 2-3 drops every hour until I’m finally sleepy enough to actually sleep. Normally I lie in bed for 2-5 hours before falling asleep, if I’m lucky enough to sleep.
