I’ve never tried CBD or CBN products before so the taste really threw me off. With that being said, the gummies absolutely help me relax and fall asleep. When I wake up in the middle of the night I’m still relaxed enough to fall back asleep easily.
Works well to help fall asleep and no hangover or grogginess the next morning. Tastes good but has a bitter after taste that I don’t get from the zero THC and D8 gummies but a little water gets rid of that. No head high but a bit of a relaxed body high, nothing major but does help you feel tired at bedtime
