Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in the United States via USPS or UPS priority mail.

We will fulfill any all orders within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.

As soon as your package is on the way to you, our team will send you an email with the tracking information. 

Please note: We do not currently have overnight shipping capabilities yet. We cannot ship to Canada due to recent legislation and regulations.

Return Policy

By making a purchase of any Slumber Sleep Aid™ products, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that these products contain high levels of CBN (cannabinol), CBD (cannabidiol), and other minor cannabinoids derived from hemp oil. The statements of our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, thus are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your physician before starting a new dietary hemp supplement program. 

Although Slumber Sleep Aid™ is committed to remaining in compliance with all FDA guidelines, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing hemp. If you decide to purchase Slumber Sleep Aid™ products, you are purchasing any of these products based upon your own opinions as to any benefits that the products may provide, knowing that your personal results may vary.  

By purchasing, sampling, or consuming these products means you have accepted the terms of service agreement and agree to and understand the Refund Policy. 

Slumber Sleep Aid™ will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store but will be more than happy to provide information regarding the product or work with you on your sleep plan. 

30-Day Satisfaction “Guarantee”  

We’re sure you’ll love Slumber Sleep Aid™, but if for some reason you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of purchasing your product(s) to tell us why so we can assist to find an alternative sleep aid product. All products (with the exception of Sleep Kits) purchased on carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee (the “Guarantee”).


We believe in our products, and as such, we want you to find the one that best suits your needs. “The Guarantee” was created for that exact purpose, so our customers can connect with our CBN Experts and Sleep Coaches to help determine if the product is the right fit, and possibly provide options to assist with your sleep plan.

Our team is available for consultations via email ([email protected]) to chat with you on your sleep plan.  

We believe that cannabinoids derived from hemp are a personalized, nightly supplement and an individual’s response may vary determined by the length of time and dosage. Therefore, customers must try the product for a minimum of two weeks. After consultation from our CBN Experts, it may also be recommended to increase the dosage by 5-10 mg. CBN interacts with our endocannabinoid system (ECS). Similarly to a fingerprint, everyone’s body may require different sleep plans, different cannabinoid dosages, etc. Keep in mind, what may work well for some, may not work for you. If, after two weeks, you are still not satisfied with your product and would like options on a return or product exchange, please complete the return form, found here.

Please note, the “Guarantee” only applies to first-time purchases of any product from Slumber Sleep Aid™ will not issue refunds or credits pursuant to this Guarantee from a purchase made in a retail store or from an unauthorized seller or from any other site other than from

If you purchase multiple quantities of the same product, Slumber Sleep Aid™ may only issue a store credit towards another Slumber Sleep Aid™ product(s). If a refund has been issued by Slumber’s customer support team, the refund is for the price paid by the customer for the product and specifically excludes the costs of shipping and any applied discounts. Slumber Sleep Aid™ may request you to mail the product to our lab for quality assurance purposes. Slumber Sleep Aid™ is not responsible for payment of any return shipping expenses. All claims made pursuant to this Guarantee must be submitted to Slumber Sleep Aid™ within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy. 

All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to a strict review process and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Slumber Sleep Aid™. Slumber Sleep Aid™ reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior or do not comply with our Terms as outlined on our website. Slumber Sleep Aid™ will not be held responsible for changes shipping charges or any returns or exchanges. If an alternative bottle is sent as a “replacement,” a “Money-Back” return will not be available. Issues due to flavor and taste profiles are not subject to a 30 day Money- Back guarantee but a product exchange. 

30-Days is considered from the time of delivery date. Example: Order #1 placed on January 1st, 2022 @ 9:00 am, return claim must be submitted before January 30th on or before 9:00 am.

Subscription Policy

Slumber Sleep Aid™ offers one-time purchases, as well as subscription-based options to fit your sleep and wellness needs.


Slumber Sleep Aid™ makes canceling, pausing, and changing your subscriptions easy. Simply log into your account to cancel, pause, or change your reoccurring order. The purpose of our subscriptions is to allow our customers a seamless way to auto-ship every monthly recurring order. Slumber Sleep Aid™’s auto-renewals are documented on every order confirmation email and are posted in real-time on your account. It is up to the customer to manage their account prior to renewal if any changes wish to be made to your order. 

Due to our “Guarantee,” and “Cancel Any Time Policy” (via our account portal), Slumber Sleep Aid™ does not provide any refunds for any processed subscriptions after 30 days of your initial order. Slumber will not be able to change credit cards, billing, shipping, or product type once a subscription is processed in our system.

Damaged or Lost Packages


All Slumber Sleep Aid™ products are sealed and tested by reputable 3rd party labs for quality and are carefully inspected before shipment. Upon delivery, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. All claims for damaged products and any remedy, therefore, are subject to a replacement, refund, or credit; and must be submitted to Slumber Sleep Aid™ within 30 days of purchase in accordance with this policy.

Please note, tinctures do not come with plastic wrapping on the outer area. Similar to a water bottle, our air-tight tincture tops are sealed until broken. Simply push down and turn to break the seal.


We send every customer a unique USPS or UPS tracking number with every order. Before you place your order make sure you enter your email correctly so that you will receive any updates from USPS, UPS, or our team. If you cannot find the tracking email look in your spam folder or contact us.

  2. Complete the USPS Help Request form and forward the request to [email protected]
  3. Please allow USPS at least 2 weeks for your product delivery after the date of purchase before submitting a lost package request. Once the product leaves the Slumber facility, we are subject to USPS shipping policy.
