Is it better to sleep cold or hot?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to what the ideal bedroom temperature should be. If two people share the same room, for instance, one may find the room too warm while another might find the room too cool. Even so, keeping the temperature in the neighborhood of 65 degrees Fahrenheit should be sufficient to facilitate a good night’s rest. But, again, some may want their room to be a little warmer or a little cooler.
